What to expect at
your initial consultation & how to book follow up appointments
The initial assessment will be a comprehensive discussion about your injury and the impact it is having on your daily life.
We allow an hour for an initial consultation* including time to update your medical notes. This gives us as much time as possible to actively listen to you, ask about you; your lifestyle and medical history (and that of your family if relevant), and undertake a short physical examination.
We use this essential information to complete a clinical examination of your injury and provide an accurate diagnosis. From this we will create a treatment plan. This provides you with the reassurance and confidence that recovery is not far away.
We believe and understand that everyone’s needs and wants are different when it comes to physiotherapy treatment. We work with you to provide the most modern and evidence-based management plan to get you back on track whilst not losing sight of your expectations and capabilities. The aim is to facilitate healing through our rehabilitation approaches and our hands-on treatments, to promote recovery so you can return to your injury-free lifestyle.
Our ultimate goal is to get you back to where you want to be – fully functional and injury-free.
For the initial consultation, there is an upfront cost of £75.
Follow-up appointments are charged at £60 - if we need to vary your treatment plan due to changes to your condition, we will let you know in advance.
We have a flat fee structure so that there are no hidden costs

For all appointments. we take payment in advance and have a 24 hour cancellation policy
Occupational Health Appointments
*Occupational Health appointments are £170 (in clinic) for an initial assessment and £90 for follow up appointments. We can travel off-site to your business address, but we would need to discuss timings and travel costs with you first.
