Cancellation Policy

Fees for Assessment/Treatment: Our basic appointment structure for Assessments and Treatments are 30-minutes is £65, 45 minutes is £75, and 60-minutes is £85. Enhanced Therapy treatment sessions / Combined Enhanced Treatment sessions and their costings are available to view on our website. Letters & Reports: Requested reports and/or letters are charged in respect of the total time taken to prepare them. This is based on the standard clinic cost of £85 per hour. Cancellation Policy: Turra Physio requires 24 hours-notice to re-arrange appointments. You can contact us to advise us of a change by telephone (07354 471470) or by email (hello@turraphysio.co.uk). Out of normal working hours there is an answerphone for you to leave a message. In order to treat all clients equally, failure to provide 24 hours-notice of a cancellation for any reason will incur a late cancellation charge for full the cost of the appointment time – 30-minute appointments £65, 45-minute appointments £75, and 60-minute appointments £85. Clinic Appointments: If as a client, you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your time allocation will be impacted. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment it may be necessary to book a further appointment to complete your initial assessment or planned treatment session. You will be charged for the session that you booked (see Cancellation Policy). Payment Terms: Payment for initial assessments and treatments for private paying individuals must be made via the emailed invoice, prior to the appointment. For clients that do not have access to email, there is a card terminal at the clinic for in-person payments during their scheduled appointment, any cash payments must be for the correct amount for the appointment. GDPR: We will treat all information, facts, matters, documents and all other materials of a confidential nature which we receive or create, as a result of your /your client’s treatment, as confidential. All written, audio, visual and video records will be stored securely. Information shared within the treatment sessions will be treated with the strictest of confidence and at no time will this information be shared with any third parties without your consent. Turra Physio confirm that we are GDPR compliant and are registered with the Information Commissioners Office on the “Register of Data Controllers” as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. All data held by us is processed in accordance with GDPR.
