Having worked with Ross for 3 years, I have seen first hand how he treats every one of his patients as an individual. His ability to warmly welcome people, making them feel safe, cared for, and listened to during their times of discomfort has helped the recovery process from the very first session.
His vast experience and knowledge that he has gained whilst employed in the military has seen him work with a large range of injuries and associated problems that can go hand in hand with an injury. The reassuring thing to note is that he treats all injuries, for the complex to the simplest of issues, with the same amount of attention and energy.
Never to rest on his laurels, he is constantly engaging in developing his skills and awareness within the physiotherapy profession. What is refreshing to see, is his ability to embrace, and also constructively challenge new ways of practicing.
